Essential is designed for operators and maintenance organizations managing the daily needs of the fleets they operate. Pro is best for organizations that need controlled aircraft data sharing, fleet wide reporting, deeper cost insights, or real time aircraft valuation.

You can add unlimited users on either plan at no additional cost. Every plan includes free support directly within the ROTYR app, so help is available where you need it.

AI powered means ROTYR uses continually evolving technology to reduce repetitive work, uncover useful insights, and help your team make better informed decisions. Your plan includes a monthly AI allowance, and additional AI agent runs are billed individually at the current usage rate.

AI supports your team. It does not replace it. Licensed engineers and authorized personnel always remain responsible for reviewing and approving maintenance and compliance decisions.

ROTYR was built from the ground up using modern, AI native technology, without the costly infrastructure and complexity carried by legacy aviation platforms. This allows us to improve the platform faster and offer powerful rotorcraft specific capabilities at a fairer price.

Yes. ROTYR is billed monthly with no long term contract, so you can upgrade, downgrade, add or remove aircraft, or cancel from your account settings. Upgrades and additional aircraft take effect immediately, while downgrades and aircraft removals normally take effect on your next billing date. Data for a removed aircraft remains available in view only mode for a set period afterward, so you can view and export it.

Your ROTYR account becomes view only if we cannot process your subscription payment. Your data remains available for a set period, giving you time to update your payment method and restore full access.
