If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

ROTYR is a helicopter maintenance tracking platform that provides tools for maintenance control, component tracking, compliance monitoring, work order management, and related aviation maintenance workflows. The Service is intended for use by licensed aviation maintenance organizations and qualified personnel.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to transmit malicious code or harmful content.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written consent.

5. Your Data

6. Aviation Disclaimer

The Service is a tool to assist with maintenance tracking and record keeping. It does not replace the judgment, authority, or responsibility of certified aviation maintenance personnel. All airworthiness decisions, maintenance actions, and regulatory compliance determinations remain the sole responsibility of the operator, maintenance organization, and appropriately licensed personnel. ROTYR does not provide aviation maintenance advice or certification services.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

8. Fees and Payment

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase.
• All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice before the start of your next billing period.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is owned by ROTYR and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROTYR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ROTYR, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make Your Data available for export for a period of 30 days following termination.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law
